We are PRIM3 AI, an innovative Web3 and AI-driven company building cutting-edge technology at the intersection of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and next-generation applications. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a lot of experience who can move fast, write clean and efficient code, and contribute to our growing team. This is an 🚫 non-remote role – in-office only in Palmdale, CA.

⚡ Responsibilities:

•Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications.

•Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly UI/UX across all devices.

•Work with both front-end and back-end teams to deliver high-performance systems.

•Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases seamlessly.

•Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for speed, security, and reliability.

•Collaborate closely with team members to bring ideas into production quickly.

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

Front-End:

•React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

•CSS3 / SCSS / TailwindCSS, HTML5

•Responsive & mobile-first design principles

•Strong UI/UX skills with a keen eye for design

Back-End:

•Node.js, Express.js

•REST APIs & GraphQL

•WebSockets

Databases:

•PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

DevOps & Cloud:

•AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, Amplify, etc.)

•Docker, Kubernetes (EKS)

•GitHub (CI/CD pipelines)

Other:

•Web3/Blockchain familiarity (bonus)

•Secure coding practices

•Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

🎯 Qualifications:

•Extensive full stack development experience with modern frameworks.

•Proven track record of building polished, user-friendly interfaces with attention to detail.

•Ability to deliver high-quality, optimized code under tight deadlines.

•Excellent communication, punctuality, and accountability.

•Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for innovation.

•Minimum 5 years of experience.
