Job Duties:
• Maintain and record financial transactions in the company’s accounting system
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and company records
• Monitor account receivables/payables
• Maintain proper filing of documentation and backup
• Track inventory and cost of goods
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 12 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role
