We are a rapidly growing design-build construction company in Los Angeles specializing in luxury single family. We are seeking experienced and responsible project managers with VERIFIABLE experience. The following qualifications are MANDATORY:

1. At least 7 years of verifiable experience in construction management,
2. Proficiency in reading all types of drawings, including structural, shoring, and other advanced details,
3. Scheduling experience in common software as well as two week look ahead and other milestone adjustments,
4. Experience in issuing RFI's, change orders, and other common construction documents,
5. Ability to pass a background check,
6. Work authorization
7. Driver's license with clean driving record.
8. Spanish fluency strongly preferred
