We have 2 requirements! One, you make twice the rent. Two, you have a 600 credit score. You may bring a cosigner that can cover any of these two requirements!
When can I come see it?
Anytime from 10AM to 6PM by appointment. Please send me an email, text, or call to let me know ahead of time when you're going to be arriving. I want to be here for you when you arrive!
How soon can I move in?
Theoretically, if you give the application in the morning, you move in in the evening!
What do I need to give to move in?
You'll need to give 2 months of bank statements or pay stubs to prove income, a photo of ID, $25 application fee, and a filled out application.
Shared restroom?
Yes! You will share with 4 people with 4 bathrooms in the hallway, all closed with lock and key.
