The GUEST HOUSE is airy, light and friendly, centrally located in a hip safe neighborhood with a romantic garden. Entry onto the premises is gated. You will have total privacy.
Desirable Beverly Center / Grove area, adjacent to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Quiet and safe neighborhood on a lovely tree lined street. 3 short blocks away from trendy W. 3rd Street, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Beverly Center Shopping. Fully and fabulously furnished! Queen size pillow top mattress bed, huge mirrored closet, beautiful pool view yard, full channels Directv as well as streaming services.
Fully equipped kitchenette including new refrigerator, new 4 burner electric stove, microwave, toaster, dishware, glassware, cookware, Nespresso coffee maker, filtered drinking water tap.
