Posting this on as many platforms as I can. 905 Fedora St in Koreatown is managed by a slumlord.

No property manager or owner on site, so the property is insanely dirty/unkept. Additionally, the property management refuses to do any maintenance, even emergency ones. I had a mold issue for nearly 8 months that they only fixed because of the multiple LA Housing Authority complaints I had to file.

If you don’t believe me, look at all the complaints filed with the city in the last five years.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
