MOVE IN SPECIAL: $1500 of GIFT CARDS on Move In Day.
LOFT:
The loft has high ceilings and a layout that offers plenty of space to live and work. The design utilizes every square foot for an open and airy design, but the details--like high shine concrete floors and exposed ductwork--make this historic space incredibly unique. The kitchen has updated stainless-steel appliances, including a gas cooktop, and granite countertops
THE BUILDING:
The Hellman Building was constructed in 1902 on the former site of Herman Hellman's one story cottage at the corner of South Main and 4th Street. It's a six story structure features green terra cotta and classical details representative of commercial architecture in the early 20th century. When it was built, it was the largest steel frame building in Los Angeles. The ground floor is home to several art galleries, a local market, restaurants and a cupcake shop! This was the first adaptive reuse apartment conversion in Los Angeles. We welcome Pets and Pet Owners, we DO NOT charge a PET DEPOSIT or PET RENT!

We were just notified that in our Garage Cargie (https://www.chargie.com) will be installing 40 public use car chargers by the end of July.
