immediately next to the front door. Above the windows rests and lovely, etched beam. In the center of the living room, you will discover a fabulous, faux fireplace with inlaid tile work.

The wood floors are the originals as well and newly refinished to reflect a nice blonde patina.

The kitchen is HUGE. And whether you are an Iron Chef or just a grilled cheese aficionado, there is plenty of cupboard space for your cookware, appliances and utensils. And you will love your new stainless steel stove and fridge. Just off the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a nice, stackable washer dryer. Because, let's face it: you are SO beyond the laundromat....

And yes, there is an actual walk in dressing room with a built in dresser. It's mirrored and well lit as well.

The bath offers the original Art Deco tile in a baby blue and black motif. And there is a separate tub and stand up shower as well.

And the bedroom has high, coved ceilings, the original Art Deco lighting sconces, as well as a real walk in closet.
