You will be renting a huge bedroom (approximately 21x11 feet) with your own attached bathroom in a 3Br/3Ba apartment for 1,495. Utilities (gas, electric, water, and garbage), gardener, cable with premium channels, and high speed internet will be flat $100/month. The bedroom is unfurnished.
You will be sharing the apartment with two other people, one of whom works out of the home. The other usually works a typically 9-5 job, 5 days a week. We are very easy going. On a typically night, we enjoy cooking and watching movies in the living room. Overall, we are pretty quiet.
Our ideal candidate is independent, socially active, consistent employment and enjoys a relatively quiet home life. Must be gay-friendly.
It is located in Silverlake, in a quiet neighborhood. Tandem off-street parking available. The unit is a few blocks away from the Sunset Junction which is a small lively community of boutique shops, cafes, bars, and hip restaurants. This unit is in a gate entry building near metro lines, and the 101 and 5 freeway. Centrally located, easy access to Hollywood, Downtown, and the Valley. Also, Bellevue park is just across the street.
