Used Portable Air Conditioner Perfect Aire PORTH12000 $180 obo

Left by tenant who moved out. He said it worked but he didn't need it anymore and didn't want to bother cleaning it. I plugged it in, seems to work fine, blows cold air. He was using tape to connect the intake tube to the unit - the other end attaches to your window.

12000 BTUs, new ones sell online for $500 to $600.

There are youtube videos on how to clean the air filter etc
