* Includes a private parking lot as well as plenty of street parking.
* Located down the street from a grocery store, CVS, and taco trucks.
* There is no elevator but there are wide hallways and entryways to easily accommodate large artworks.
* Each studio has one outlet with a dedicated breaker (110-volt) so that you can run an AC unit. And we’ve installed a radiant barrier on the ceiling to insulate the studios from heat and cold.
* A one-month deposit is required.
