I am looking for serious investors interested in buying retail shopping centers or multi family apartments buildings. I will work on improving the shopping center/increasing the monthly income. If I find someone to come up with the down payment we will be business partners ,and when we increase the monthly income I’ll try to sell the property for a profit and we can split it.
