I believe this edition was released in 2006 or 2007. I attended the release at the Taschen shop in Beverly Hills and had it personally signed by William Claxton. Apart from the torn cardboard near the handle everything is in excellent condition. The handle can still be used to lift the box in spite of the tear. The CD affixed to the inside back cover has never been removed. Call Chris @ show contact info .
