Bayliner cuddy outboard project boat - $650 (Echo park)

This is a somewhat rare mid 80’s bayliner 19-1/2’ capri cuddy because it is the outboard model. Most are I/O. It has the excellent David Livingston designed sequential lift hull design that is renowned as being quick to plane, smooth riding and stable.
My plan was to build a pilot house on it, something like a c-dory or what I show in the last few pictures.
The hull is in really great shape. It has been been cleaned up and stripped and all old tape, decals, hardware etc.
Trailer is in very decent shape and included as well as the force 125 outboard for my asking price.
