Protrk is Hiring: Commercial Construction Project Administrator
Protrk is seeking a qualified Project Administrator to support our growing commercial ADA Design Build projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in preparing and coordinating project documentation while assisting Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project tasks.
Key Responsibilities;
Assist management with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
Prepare, organize, and maintain critical project documents such as contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports
Coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely information flow
Monitor project budgets, costs
Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, drawings, and daily reports
Support quality assurance and safety compliance documentation
Assist with project closeout packages and punch-list tracking
Qualifications
Up to 3 years of experience in commercial construction administration or assisting project management
Strong understanding of construction documents and processes
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Proficient with Google Drive, Blue Beam, Excel, (experience with construction management software is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Location
Project assignments will be within Southern California area.
