The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead daily field operations in the Los Angeles market. You'll oversee a crew of 4–8 skilled technicians across multiple job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to Foundation Tech’s high standards.
What You'll Do
• Manage and run all assigned jobs profitably and on or ahead of schedule
• Speak with customers concerning all issues related to the timely completion of every job assigned to you. ensure 100%
customer satisfaction on all jobs assigned to you.
• Track and monitor company tools and equipment for proper operation, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
• Manage all field crews assigned to you
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate crews across multiple active job sites
• Interview, hire, train, and manage employees
• Terminate non-performing employees
• Ensure employee time-cards are accurate for each job.
• Assist with estimating and inspections as needed
• Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction, include all required safety meetings.
• Track project timelines, materials, and documentation.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in foundation repair, concrete work, waterproofing, or related structural services
• Minimum age of 28 (company vehicle insurance requirement)
• Valid California driver's license
• Legally authorized to work in California
• Must pass a background check
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to be on job sites daily throughout the Los Angeles area
