This is part of a Christmas Village set representing the Toontown themed area at Disneyland decorated for Christmas. It was purchased at Disneyland in the early 2000s and is out of production and no longer for sale. Its ceramic in perfect condition with no chips or cracks. Its Chip & Dale's house. Its decorated with LED Christmas Lights and covered in snow. The LED's are powered by 2 AA batteries ( not included). The LED's work 100 percent, but the clip light is not included. It comes in it's original box with Styrofoam packing. This is a flawless piece and belongs under your Christmas tree or on your fireplace mantle. Cash or Cash Apps Accepted.
