UCLA Health received an F rating for patient safety, due to high infection rates, patient injuries and surgical instruments left inside patient's following surgery. Thousands of people have been injured. If you have been injured by UCLA Health--or any other medical facility--I would love to hear your story! I was also a victim of UCLA Health. When UCLA injures a patient, it can be difficult for that patient to get their medical records or answers to questions the patient may still have. I and a group of other victims have figured out how to deal with UCLA's stonewalling tactics to get your records and whatever else you may need. We are committed to help other victims!
