Help! Seeking Defamation lawyer regarding employment/contractor work in CA, and & habitability lawyer re: mold & leak issues in LA RSO property. The LAHD, Health Dept and Building & Safety dept take complaints but don't really do anything. Housing advocate recommended legal route to actually get stuff fixed in falling-apart building.
