We need a well-mannered, respectful PC & Mac support Technician that we can send onsite to current clients, including small to medium-sized businesses, in the greater Los Angeles area.
Preferred Skills: Windows and Windows Server, NAS, WiFi, LAN/WAN, backups, iOS (iPhone), macOS, Android, FileMaker, ApparelMagic, QuickBooks, Pillr NovaSOC, IronScales, Proofpoint, SentinelOne, Hyper-V (hosts and VMs), NinjaRMM and Vonage.
The broader and more relevant your hands-on experience, the stronger your candidacy. Please note: technical knowledge will be assessed, so we encourage complete honesty regarding your skills.
Hourly pay depends on experience, but will be decent.
We anticipate a few introductory engagements and paid training sessions this year, with the expectation of being fully self-sufficient and operational by early 2026. At the outset, this will not be a full-time role, so having an additional source of income is recommended. However, by mid-next year the workload could grow significantly—potentially approaching full-time capacity—as you may be subcontracting for two managed services companies by that point.
