Hi,

I’m the founder of Alchemy Live, an early-stage experiential wellness and creative venture. I’m seeking a co-founder to serve as CFO, ideally with experience in finance, law, operations, or business structure (not limited to one background).

This is a true co-founder role, not a contractor position. We are currently pre-seed and preparing for formal registration and initial fundraising.

This role includes exposure to:

• Financial structure and budgeting

• Entity setup and compliance guidance

• Early fundraising strategy

• Long-term planning and sustainability

• Strategic partnership at the foundation level

Ideal fit:

• Finance, legal, or operations background

• Comfortable building from the ground up

• Long-term mindset and integrity

• Strategic thinker, not just numbers-focused

Important notes:

• Equity-based initially

• Compensation grows as funding comes in

• Looking for alignment first, not pressure
