I would love to introduce myself. I'm Thomas, but you can call me Tom. I'm a Cinematographer, Editor, and Director located in downtown Los Angeles. I have been making films since I was a teenager, and I actually learned videography by shooting weddings! Over the past ten years in LA I have been honing my craft as a filmmaker https://www.tomgault.com/ . It's been a while since I've done a wedding shoot but I want to get back in the game and I'm willing to do a few at a discounted rate starting at $500. So if you're on a budget and looking for someone to capture your special day, I would love for it to be me! I can create more of a documentary of your wedding with a highlight format as the packaging.
Nowadays I shoot on Sony FX3, Blackmagic 6k, Canon C300, or RED, I've got lighting and gimbal and can also provide a drone operator for an additional fee. I edit, sound design, color, and motion graphics in the Adobe Suite and Davinci Resolve Studio. A variety of media-share options at delivery (Cloud, Youtube, Vimeo, Flashdrive, DVD) and can deliver within the week...sometimes 48 hours. There are also package options that are totally based off our discussion, but include a mini highlight reel, docu-style featurette, music video format, reality tv style, whatever vibe you want to create!
I put together a little highlight reel from some past weddings I've filmed (mostly ten years ago!!!) But I have better equipment and more knowledge now because I also have experience in a variety of other genres including music videos, short films, sketch comedy, branded commercial content, celebrity web content and so much more.
