Our established reputation serving industries ranging from biomedical to microelectronics to food products has made us a prominent resource in both flexible packaging and highly customized heat sealing equipment.


Receive orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, and enter orders into the system. Confirm pricing and available inventory before sending an order to the shipping department. Follow all guidelines for entering an order. Communicate with customers on shipping schedules, pricing, product availability, product/shipping documentation, sample request, loading requirements, and order confirmation. Forecast, gather, input and coordinate inventory activity data to ensure product availability and accurate shipping times, and ensures product availability for future orders/shipments. Enter data into the system for invoicing. Maintain and update the system database regarding customer contact and payment information. This position requires physical activity including occasional lifting for the purpose of organizing general office materials and lots of movement in walking to and from departments, up and downstairs.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proven customer support experience
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Familiar with CRM systems and practices
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
