We are a small company that provides cleaning and organizational services to clients in the Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties.
We are looking for individuals who have the ability to work as an organizer for a client's home and/or office. Being an organizer is self-explanatory. You'll be confronted with situations that are in desperate need of cleaning, sorting, and organizing. It involves dealing with people's sensitive information and maintaining a judge-free mentality.
Many individuals who use are services are (1) working individuals who don't have the time to do it themselves, (2) senior citizens who don't have the capabilities to do it on their own, (3) differently-abled individuals who need special services to accommodate their lifestyle, or (4) people who are in a hurry to move in/out and are overwhelmed to do it on their own.
Our team members help clients organize their kitchens (fridges, freezers, cabinets, pantries), bathrooms, children's playrooms, garages, preparing baby rooms, tool sheds, and moving services.
This job requires a lot of patience, a can-do attitude, punctuality, the ability to be detail-oriented, and a flexible schedule. This position is great for individuals who go to school or want to work part-time. The hours are flexible and you can pick and choose the jobs you want to commit to.

Requirements (If you do not meet one these requirements, please do not apply):
-Must be able to conduct a Skype interview (there are no exceptions!)
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Pass a background check and a drug test.
-Able to work safely around children and animals.
-Willing to travel to cities within LA, Orange County, and San Bernardino County.
-Attention to details.
-Can work a minimum of 4 hours per gig.
-Ability to communicate with the utmost respect and sensitivity to our clients (i.e. elderly, differently-abled clients, individuals with service animals).
-Ability to bend, carry, and lift objects of up to 25 pounds.
-Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
-Punctuality and reliability.
What's NOT Required:
-Experience: You do not need to have any experience. We will train you and provide you with all of the tools and supplies necessary for each gig.
-Driver's License: You do not need to have a car or driver's license; however, you do need to ensure you have reliable modes of transportation. We do pay for METRO and bus cards.
