## Job Overview
This cleaning position will be great for someone who is looking for reoccurring properties for cleaning, Great for someone who is managing their own cleaning company, LLC, or sole proprietor. We are a property management business that offers reoccurring properties with contracts or bids. We can offer potentially more properties if the work is efficient.
We are looking for a professional general contractors, who would be efficient at their work and professional at all times.
We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Turn Over Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, performing a variety of cleaning activities in residential and commercial spaces. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating a clean environment, we want to hear from you.
## Duties
- Clean and sanitize designated areas using appropriate cleaning solutions (Will be trained on site)
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning
- Launder linens and towels - on-site washer and dryer

- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in housekeeping management would be advantageous
