Location: Remote (Online)
Class Schedule: Two one-hour sessions per week between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST (start time can be adjusted by one hour earlier or later depending on your availability — please indicate your preferred time).
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated part-time instructors to lead live online courses during the Fall 2025 term. Instructors will deliver content from pre-designed curricula, provide assignment feedback, and support student learning through interactive sessions and one weekly office hour.
Responsibilities
• Deliver live lessons using provided course materials (you may supplement with your own expertise).
• Hold one weekly office hour for student questions and academic support.
• Grade assignments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Requirements
• Advanced degree or equivalent professional/academic experience in the relevant subject area. Current graduate students with teaching or tutoring experience are also welcome to apply.
• Availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) evenings (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
• Strong communication skills and reliable internet access.
• Familiarity with Zoom.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred,especially community college teaching experience.
