Location: Yatichawi – Spanish Immersion Childcare & Preschool (Family Home Program)
Schedule: Part-time / Full-time (25–38 hours per week)
Hours: Monday–Friday, between 8:00am–5:30pm (depending on the number of children and program needs)

We are a Spanish Immersion Childcare and Preschool program located in a loving family home environment. Our goal is to provide a nurturing, creative, and engaging space where children can learn through art, music, play, and culture.
👩🏫 Position
We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Teacher or Assistant who loves working with young children!
The ideal candidate is nurturing, punctual, hardworking, reliable, patient, energetic, and creative — someone who enjoys inspiring kids through art, crafts, dance, music, sports, and language arts.
🧩 Requirements
✅ Fluent (native-level) Spanish — must speak Spanish with children at all times
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent
✅ Minimum 6–12 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
✅ CPR/First Aid (Infant & Adult) Certified
✅ Current TB test clearance
✅ Fingerprint clearance (Livescan)
✅ Health & Safety Training
✅ Mandated Reporter Certificate
✅ Required immunizations: Measles, Pertussis, Influenza
✅ Covid-19 vaccination or test
(If you don’t have CPR/First Aid, Health & Safety, or Fingerprint clearance — we can cover the cost of these trainings.)
🧺 Responsibilities
• Caring for and teaching children
• Assisting in planning and implementing weekly/monthly activities and curriculum
• Helping with meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks) and cleanup
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom (sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, etc.)
• Assisting with diapering, bathroom needs, and nap time
• Organizing toys, books, and materials daily
• Engaging with children through play and conversation — in Spanish only
💵 Compensation
Hourly pay depends on experience and qualifications.
