Aperture and focus rings are smooth. No haze or fungus. Very minor markings on the front glass that do not affect image quality. (Take a look at some images I've made with this lens).
Includes Leica lens case and plastic lens hood. Slight separation on the lens hood that's an easy fix by replacing the two missing small screws.
