MARANTZ 10 Tuner circa 1964, there were ONLY 100 of these made and they are exceedingly rare, this one is #92. To be clear this is NOT the Model 10B that came right after. These hardly ever come up for sale as there are so few of them in existence. If you collect Marantz tube gear this is for you. I've seen these sell for over 10 grand but it's difficult to really get a listing/sold comp as they do not show up very often.

Pros: SUPER clean cosmetically, this is a single owner unit and it's been in the same smoke-free home since purchased new in 1964. I brought this up slowly on a variac and the Oscilliscope and front panel all light up. The Scope may have been replaced in 1973 with a new one but I'm not sure, please refer to the pics.

Cons: This unit was pulled from a working enviroment but had not been used at all for the last 35+ years, it definitley NEEDS to be serviced by a pro. Sound comes through but it's very faint, could be a loose connection (the 10 was replaced by the 10B for some soldering issues) or a bad tube or who knows what.
