I am the original owner having purchased this in Japan.
If you’re not familiar with the 7000 model please research its history and owner comments on line. The 7000 was Sansui's last and most powerful cap coupled receiver and was only available at Japanese military PX’s in the early 1970’s. These were built on the earlier 800 model chassis however these were much more powerful at 70 RMS per channel and were then Sansui’s top of the line receiver. Extremely Rare and very desirable the common problem with these is not with electronics but a cosmetic issue with the button labels falling off and getting lost as the glue ages. Reproduction labels are poorly done.
This one is as close to mint as I believe you can find. All of the labels on the buttons are present, secure and original. No scratches to the wood cabinet, glass, knobs or face plate.
Unit has been inspected, adjusted and serviced with new original lamps installed maintaining the soft, original glow. (Not LED!)
You won't be disappointed.
