We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help manage the office, assist in supervising staff and provide general support to upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient with their time as most tasks are extremely time sensitive. Being comfortable in a very fast-paced environment and willing to work as part of a team is crucial. The ability to multi-task, while keeping track of complex scheduling and handling administrative support is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Candidate must be flexible and quick to adapt in changing environments.

Some key esponsibilities:
Ability to prioritize tasks given by the office manager
Assist in managing the main office
Making memos
Creating and modifying documents
Sending reports
Checking and organizing inventory
Responding to questions and requests for information
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
Help field communication between managers and assume other duties when needed

Some key skills:
Higher education preferred
Proficiency in MS Office with preferred expertise in Excel
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
Comfortable in an event production setting preferred
Very strong organizational skills
Basic understanding of radios preferred
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
