Space is about 900-1500sqft because it has a small kids playground in the middle and fence divides ground with turf.
Although there's also 3 car garage that can be used for cover indoors. Garage doors open good.
Welcome for food, organized party meaning ends at 10pm or 12pm, and event gatherings of your choice.
Depending on money and event type I probably can open the main building. But as of now only the back of this kindergarten school .
