About You:
You are experienced with preparing and serving coffee, smoothies and a range of beverages. You're able to handle staff and guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Your Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, using various brewing equipment and techniques.
Customer Service:
Greet staff and guests, take orders, and provide recommendations, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
Workspace Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the area.
Equipment Operation:
You'll operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Your Experience & Skills:
Customer Service:
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and providing a positive experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using various coffee brewing and smoothie blending equipment
Product Knowledge:
Understanding different types of coffee, brewing methods, smoothies and beverages is important for providing accurate information and recommendations to guests and staff.
Teamwork and Adaptability:
You'll work as part of our hospitality team and need to be adaptable to the fast-paced environment and changing demands of guests
