Line Cook – Dinner Shift (Le Coupé Fried Chicken, Los Angeles)

Le Coupé is looking for a skilled, reliable, and driven line cook to join our team. We’re a chef-driven, Southern-inspired restaurant known for our fried chicken, scratch cooking, and fast-paced service.
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 2:30pm/3:00 pm – 9:00/10:30 pm (flexible within these hours)
Part time and Full Time available
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, scratch kitchen
• Must work clean, fast, and efficiently
• Ability to follow recipes and directions with precision
• Strong knife skills and solid technical foundation
• A true team player who communicates well under pressure
• Must be able to speak, read and communicate with the team in English
• Must be legally able to work in the USA
• Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities:
• Set up the line before service and break down/clean the line at the end of service
• Keep the line stocked, organized, and ready at all times
• Anticipate needs for the shift and the following day
• Communicate with the prep team to ensure we are never out of any item
• Prep food items during downtime to stay ahead for upcoming service
• Fry chicken and assemble all dishes on the menu to exact standards
• Maintain a high level of consistency, quality, and cleanliness throughout service
