About Us: Fine dining Italian Restaurant. At Tre Lune we pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. We are looking for a friendly and organized Host to join our team and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
• Manage the waitlist and seating chart to ensure efficient guest flow.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding the menu and reservations.
• Maintain a clean and organized host area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
• Experience with OpenTable desired
• Experience with Toast desired
Pay:
• $17.87 / hour plus tips
