We are a fast-growing family-run catering business, and we’re looking for a strong, kind-hearted Kitchen Manager to grow with us and take real ownership of our kitchen.
We started as a small home-based operation, and things grew quickly — maybe even a little too quickly. Now we’re at a point where we need the right person to help us bring structure, calm, and leadership, while keeping the warm, supportive atmosphere that makes this place special.
This role is for someone who knows how to lead with confidence and care — someone who can organize a busy kitchen, guide a tired team, and create order without losing their humanity.
What this role is about:
Managing daily kitchen operations in a catering environment
Leading and supporting staff, with clear direction and respect
Creating structure, proper timing, and smooth workflow
Being the main point of leadership in the kitchen
Supporting event prep and daily planning
Having strong awareness of inventory and kitchen needs (not full purchasing responsibility)
Who we’re looking for:
Proven kitchen leadership experience
Ability to manage people under pressure
Experience in catering or high-volume kitchens
Spanish required – communication with our team is essential
Hands-on, organized, calm, and emotionally mature
Someone with a good heart, who cares about people and wants to help a growing business succeed
