Bobby’s Pizzeria is hiring a reliable, experienced late-night kitchen / pizza person to join our team.
This is a consistent, set schedule position — perfect for someone who likes nights, rhythm, and a fast-paced New York–style pizzeria.
Schedule:
• Wednesday – Sunday
• 10:00 PM – Close (4am)
• Approximately 30–32 hours per week
• Opportunity to grow to 8:00 PM – Close (40 hours/week) for the right person
• Two consecutive days off
What You’ll Do:
• Make pizza, slices, Pastas, Appetizers, Salads and late-night orders
• Close the kitchen cleanly and efficiently
• Handle rushes with confidence
• Work independently but as part of a tight crew
• Keep standards high late into the night
Who We’re Looking For:
• Pizza or solid kitchen experience preferred
• Calm, dependable, and fast under pressure
• Comfortable working late nights
