Positions that we're currently seeking:
Lead Line Cooks AM & PM
Qualifications:
• Supervise and train staff: Oversee kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and provide training on cooking techniques, food safety, and station protocols.
• Ensure quality and safety: Monitor food preparation to ensure it meets quality, safety, and sanitation standards. Taste and evaluate dishes to maintain consistency.
• Manage inventory and ordering: Stock stations, monitor par levels, and assist with ordering supplies and managing inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
• Perform cooking duties: Prepare and cook menu items, often on a specific station, in a timely and organized manner. This includes all aspects of food preparation, from prepping ingredients to final presentation.
• Maintain kitchen operations: Ensure all cooking stations are stocked and properly maintained. Handle cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Assist management: Support the Kitchen Manager with any tasks assigned.
• Handle peak service: Take charge during busy periods, ensuring the team works efficiently to get orders out on time while maintaining quality.
