We’re hiring for:
Full-Time Line Cook (dinner service)
Part-Time Line Cook (flexible schedule)
Brunch Line Cook (weekends — fast-paced, high volume)
This is not a “microwave and plate” kitchen. Everything we do is fresh, intentional, and built around flavor and execution.
You’ll be working with a small crew that actually cares — no drama, no ego, just teamwork and skill.
ABOUT YOU
Have real kitchen experience (preferably high-volume or scratch kitchens)
Work clean, fast, and focused — even when the tickets stack up
Know how to follow direction and still bring ideas to the table
Are reliable, respectful, and down to grow
Want to learn from an acclaimed chef who leads by example
Take pride in putting out food that looks and tastes amazing
