Dialog Cafe WEST LA is looking for a CLOSING LINE COOK (no late nights, HOURS ARE 12:30-8:30PM) to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior professional kitchen knowledge. This location is located at 1835 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT ACCOMMODATE THE HOURS
Essential functions:
CONSISTENT EXECUTION of all food items (correct temperatures, quality control, presentation)
Close stations in an efficient and timely manner
Maintains good ticket times under pressure
Effective communication needed, TEAM ORIENTED individuals only
Adheres to all health and safety standards
Knowledge of local California ingredients highly preferred
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
