We are looking for a Line/Prep Cook with strong experience in a high-volume environment. Must be able to work fast in an organized and efficient manner.
PAY/HOURS
$24 - $25/hr
3-4 shifts - 2-10pm
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a small team - everyone learns all the stations and can move around when needed. Duties include:
- Working the cold line - prep/close the station, work at a fast, efficient pace while still maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Working the hot line - prep/close the station, be comfortable working the grill and fryer at a fast, efficient pace while still maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Helping prepare the plant-based meats and cheeses
- Prepping sides and dressings by following recipes and prepping the items accurately, tasting them for seasoning
- Maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
- Clean, organize, and maintain refrigerators, cooler drawers, ovens, prep and dry storage areas, etc.
