Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items to order, including breakfast classics, burgers, sandwiches, and more.
* Maintain a clean and organized work station.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
* Contribute to a positive and respectful kitchen environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a line cook is preferred.
* Experience with Americana cuisine is a plus.
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
* Strong communication skills.
* Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
