Here's what you'll do:
- Provide professional food and beverage service at catered events, banquets, and private functions
- Set up and break down banquet tables, buffets, and beverage stations
- Carry trays, serve plated meals, and maintain attentive service to guests
- Assist with bussing tables, refreshing stations, and keeping the event space clean and organized
- Must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and some early morning corporate events across Los Angeles County
(RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED — event locations and shift times may not always align with public transit schedules)

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience (recent, verifiable experience required)
- Reliable transportation is required (events may be up to 25 miles from central Los Angeles; public transit may not align with all shifts)
- Proper event attire: black bistro shirt, black dress slacks, black tie, black vest (preferred), and black non-slip dress shoes
- Weekend availability required
