We are seeking a personable, professional, and detail-oriented host to be the first point of contact for our guests. As the welcoming face of Mistral, you will set the tone for the dining experience, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival
Manage reservations and seating assignments to optimize flow and guest experience
Answer phones and assist with inquiries about reservations, menus, and events
Maintain a professional and polished demeanor at all times
Collaborate with servers and management to ensure seamless service
Uphold the standards of hospitality that have defined Mistral for nearly four decades
Qualifications:
At least one year prior host/hostess or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Organized, punctual, and attentive to detail
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, open availability is a plus
