Since I bought it..I have not used it yet for the jump start of my car..only used to charge my phone once.
The blue LED light only goes to 3 bars instead of 4..not sure that support to be like that..I never charge to the 4 bar full.
But I tested using the multi-meter. It goes up to 15 Volt in 3 bars. (car only have 12 Volt battery. so it has enough power to charge.)
I will test it out for you when you purchase.
It had USB and USB Type C. for power bank .
if the blue LED light goes to 2 bars,,must be charging.
