Table- Measures 76" length, 40" width & 28" height. Glass is heavy and has a nice edge detail. There are no chips but light scratching on the glass from everyday use. If you like things shiny the brass can use some cleaning. Buyer will need to bring assistance. Please note I live on the second floor and there is one flight of stairs. Can seat up to 6.
Free Sofa- This is a solid sofa! We love it so much but are moving and cant take it with us. Seat cushion is filled with feathers and is firm. Will need a back cushion as I just picked some up cushions from Ikea and are not original. The slip cover has been washed many times because from an occasional food spill because who doesn't like eating on the couch watching their favorite tv show! so the color has faded. This is a unique couch as it came from a tv set and has locking wheels. That has been so helpful when cleaning and needing to move it on my own. Please note: I am not able to help move the couch so buyer must bring help. There is a staircase as I live on the second floor. Measures 103" length, 44" depth & 31" height.
