I touched up the white paint
fairly solid (not tippy)
the basket can flip up, or it has a catch to hold it horizontally.

bottom shelf is 11 deep
top is 19 wide
folding shelf is 8.25 x 14.75 (frame), 6.75 x 13.25 (inside)
foot is 14 deep, 17 wide
