12' long, 6' tall and 5' wide chicken coop and run. It's built so it can be very easily disassembled and moved in the back of a pickup truck. All the pieces can easily be carried by two people and reassembled in several hours. The pieces will be marked where they go. As well as all the screws and bolts will be included. It will also come with extra paint for touch-up. It's screwed together so be handy and have a drill motor to reassemble.

It comes with the feeder and waterer as shown. As well as 2 automatic doors. One goes inside the coop and the other is for free ranging option. It's particularly built for silkies so it only has 1 roosting bar. 5 nesting boxes and 3 of the nesting boxes can be opened up and a screen door drops down to be used as a brooder for raising chicks. Has secure closures on all the doors and clips to ensure predators can't get in.

The back has 2 doors. 1 door lifts up for storage and the other drops down to access the nesting boxes to collect eggs. There are 2 side doors to access inside the coop on both sides. 1 walk-in door to access the run.

I spent a lot of time building this coop so I'm firm on the price :)
