The Teeter Hang Ups EP-960 Inversion Table is an outstanding piece of equipment. Three of us in the family use it - we range from 75 to 68 inches in height and from 250 to 180 pounds weight. Adjustments to height and desired decline settings are quick and easy. The unit is solid and we all feel very secure when using it. Assembly was fairly quick and reasonably easy. The written and video the instructions were very good - reasonably easy to understand, quite thorough and well organized. I used standard free shipping and got the item sooner than promised. This has helped with existing back pain for two of the three of us and general stretching for the third. Definitely recommend this if you are interested in inversion.
