- Receptionist duties: answering calls, making appointments

- Greet patients upon check-in for appointments

- Knowledge and proficient at basic math


Skills and qualifications:


- Fluent in Spanish is a plus


- It is imperative that you are organized, self-motivated, and a problem solver


- Proficiency in computer skills: office management software, Microsoft Word & Excel


- Must be accurate and meticulous with patient records and fees


- Have excellent patient/ customer relations skills



- Must have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills



- Professionalism and maturity in speech and demeanor is required



- Able to contribute to a positive work environment


Responsibilities include (not limited to):

- Filing, faxing, copying documents, setting up patient charts (attention to detail is important), keeping an inventory sheet, maintaining patient flow, running occasional errands, maintaining a smooth office flow, assisting the scheduling manager with appointment bookings and arranging the doctors schedules.
